About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead our people operations and build a thriving workplace culture. This role is critical to our growth, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- ●Own end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across all departments
- ●Design and implement onboarding programs that set new team members up for success
- ●Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with regulations
- ●Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems
- ●Lead performance management processes including reviews, goal-setting, and development planning

Senior Solutions Architect
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, reliable systems that power our platform. This is a senior technical role requiring both deep engineering expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- ●Design and architect scalable systems and infrastructure that support current and future needs
- ●Lead technical planning for major initiatives, including technology selection and system design
- ●Establish and evolve engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns
- ●Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into solutions
- ●Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on adoption
- ●Own technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design specifications
- ●Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- ●Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability across all systems
- ●Mentor engineers on system design and architecture principles
Qualifications
- ●7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in architecture or senior technical roles
- ●Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
- ●Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- ●Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
- ●Extensive experience with system design, API design, and data modeling
- ●Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and message queues
- ●Strong understanding of security best practices and authentication patterns
- ●Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code
- ●Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- ●Experience with real-time systems and low-latency architectures
- ●Background in machine learning infrastructure or data pipelines
- ●Contributions to open-source projects
- ●Experience leading technical teams or major technical initiatives
- ●Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
